Application Details:

ProMinent performs in demanding applications with demanding design specifications for highly reactive chemcials like hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide when reacting with contamination will expand to over 8 times its original volume causing the design of the system to allow for venting of any reaction to pressure relief. Ball values of stainless construction are drilled to prevent any reaction from destroying the valve when closed. Stainless steel piping that has been assembled post pickling and passivating with nitric acid is used in the skid construction to prevent problems from occuring in the application.

The skid is nickel plated to add to the resistance against the peroxide materials. Gamma Series metering pumps are pace proportional to a monitored signal from ProMinent's own hydrogen peroxide process controller.
