Application Details:

Hydro Series high-pressure hydraulically actuated metering pumps on boiler injection.
Complete ASME B 31.1 package built to dilute 35 % hydrazine to 2 % solution and feed to boiler to for oxygen removal. System pressures in excess of 1,000 psig, all components carry local CRN number’s for Province of instillation. Local spill containment provided for pumping installation and tank to contain diluted hydrazine. Local level indication and stainless tank provided as well as control panel for functionality and interlock of pumping equipment by generator DCS system.
Complete package supplied as turn key module for ease of installation and commissioning.
