The DULCODOS ULFb from ProMinent represents the next generation of polymer preparation systems—engineered for precision, reliability, and ease of operation. Designed as a continuous flow system, it processes both powdered and liquid polymers to produce a fully matured polymer solution with exceptional consistency. Its innovative three-chamber round-tank design ensures optimal mixing, minimal product carry-over, and faster cleaning, while robust PE and PP construction provides long-term durability even under demanding industrial conditions. With preparation capacities ranging from 132 – 2,642 GPH (500 to 10,000 l/h), the ULFb delivers performance tailored to a wide range of applications, including sludge dewatering, wastewater treatment, potable water processing, and mining.
Equipped with advanced Siemens S7-1200 or Schneider Electric PLC control, the ULFb guarantees precise proportional dosing and intuitive operation through a user-friendly HMI interface. Seamless data communication via PROFIBUS®, PROFINET®, or Modbus TCP enables full integration with plant automation systems, while optional DULCOLEVEL radar sensors provide accurate level measurement and process transparency. - Wastewater Treatment (Industrial & Municipal) - Flocculation and coagulation in primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment processes.
- Potable (Drinking) Water Treatment - Used in clarification or filtration stages to enhance particle removal and improve water clarity.
- Mining and Mineral Processing - For tailings thickening, sedimentation, and clarification of process water.
