Product description

Efficient production of a polymer solution with a high throughput capacity.

These systems can be used to handle both liquid and powdered polymers. The tank, which is sub-divided into three chambers, largely prevents the entrainment of the freshly prepared polymer.

Tomal^® Big Bag emptying unit

Emptying of Big Bags up to 2,200 lb (1,000 kg)

This emptying unit is used to accommodate and empty Big Bags weighing up to 2,200 lb (1,000 kg). The Big Bags are suspended in the frame with the aid of a lifting cross bar. The 8-gal powder storage tank is used to transfer the powder into a feed unit.

DULCOFLEX - DFXa

0.038 gpd (6 ml/h) to 17.7 gph (65 l/h) at up to 102 psi back pressure

The DULCOFLEX (DFXa) is an intelligent peristaltic metering pump that is valve-free and has the accuracy of a diaphragm pump. Applications include gaseous, highly viscous, abrasive, shear-sensitive and chemically aggressive fluids.

Biogas generation: turning waste into three valuable products

In the vicinity of Lake Lucerne, the largest biogas plant in Switzerland has been converting slurry, manure and green waste into biogas since 2008. Even the digestate waste is valuable and after it has been treated is used as fertiliser and industrial water.

Drainage water from drilling sludge accumulates at oil wells. This water is always contaminated with oil which has to be removed before the water can be returned to the sea in order to protect the sensitive ecosystem.
