ProMix™- M (In-Line and Batch Controls) Polymer Mixing System
The ProMinent ProMix™ is a pre-engineered polymer mixing system made for the water and wastewater markets. Designed as an in-line unit, the ProMix™ can be customized to meet most liquid polymer applications utilizing tubing or diaphragm pump technologies depending on the application requirement or customer preference. The unique mixing chamber allows for complete makedown of the neat or diluted polymer to guarantee a problem-free injection.

ProMix™-M (In-Line and Batch Controls) Polymer Mixing System
The ProMix™ through its unique 3 chamber dispersion and blending chamber provides staged polymer activation resulting in superiour polymer activation and lowered chemical consumption. The unit is designed to provide neat polymer delivery with a variety of pumps including tube, progressive cavity and diaphragm style depnding on the polymer flow rate and discharge pressure.
Control of the system comes from the standard LCD style touchpad to provide local or remote interface and polymer dose adjustment via 4…20 mA input from the plant. Optional designs include variable water flow control to maintain consistent polymer concentration.
The units provide from the small ProMix™ S 0.22 gph flow to the largest 300 gph ProMix™ L designs.
