Flushing assemblies flush and clean the dosing head The dosing head is where the actual dosing process takes place. more in the glossary, metering line and injection valve and protect the system against deposits. They are installed on the pump's suction connector.

Overload protection assemblies also protect the system against overpressure. They consist of a back pressure valve A back pressure valve has the role of generating a defined stable operating pressure for a metering pump ... more in the glossary that can be adjusted between 1 – 10 bar. They are installed directly on the dosing head The dosing head is where the actual dosing process takes place. more in the glossary.

Accurate dosing quantities even with outgassing media
