You can't go wrong with perfectly metered leaching agents

ProMinent metering pumps reliably meter aggressive substances such as hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid without being destroyed in the process. Only the hidden gold, silver, copper etc. is dissolved out of the ore.

ProMinent metering pumps spray the correct dose of chemical solvent onto the ores. And this is a huge technical achievement: the chemical leaching agent is metered under high pressure and extreme temperatures. Not only are the pumps powerful, but they are unaffected by the corrosive liquids too. They can even be used under exceptional conditions: in areas exposed to dangerous gases and vapours and in firedamp-endangered mining operations. Modules can be added to the ProMinent diaphragm metering pumps Makro TZ and Makro/ 5 and they can either have one or two dosing heads. The diaphragm metering pump product range ProMinent EXtronic® conforms to ATEX (explosion protection Approved for use in areas at risk of explosion in accordance with ATEX. more in the glossary) and reliably compensates for fluctuations in mains voltage.
