Your guarantee of fresh air: ProMinent products meter and remove harmful substances in several steps. Ammonia water or urea solutions remove nitrogen oxides in the SCR/SNCR procedure, then lime products provide thorough desulphurisation. The SO3 separation is increased by our big bag emptying systems and batching and metering systems (e.g. for adipinic acid). Finally, ProMinent polymer preparation stations optimise flocculation during heavy metal separation and sludge drainage.

Overview

 

Your guarantee of fresh air: ProMinent products meter and remove harmful substances in several steps. The Sigma/ 1 Basic is an extremely robust motor-driven metering pump with patented multi-layer safety diaphragm for excellent process reliability. It offers a wide range of power end designs, such as three-phase or 1-phase AC motors, also for use in areas at risk from explosion.

This emptying unit is used to accommodate and empty Big Bags weighing up to 2,200 lb (1,000 kg). The Big Bags are suspended in the frame with the aid of a lifting cross bar. The 8-gal powder storage tank is used to transfer the powder into a feed unit.
