The ProMinent Sigma/ 2 is a mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump capable of flow rates from 14.8 – 93.3 gph (56 - 353 l/h) and pressures up to 232 psi. The entire Sigma motor-driven metering pump product range, control type S1Cb/S2Cb/S3Cb, has been equipped with intelligent features to provide a high level of operating convenience, safety, and efficiency. The Sigma X features a removable HMI control unit with innovative click-wheel and 4 operating buttons. Also available in basic (non-microprocessor-based version) and explosion-proof models.

Anyone who works with chemicals, needs to store them safely. ProMinent dosing tanks are tough and ideal for working with metering pumps.

PE storage tanks produced in a rotation process. ProMinent metering pumps, suction lances and stirrers can all be added. The stackable PE collecting pans are available in matching sizes.

The Sigma/ 1 Basic is an extremely robust motor-driven metering pump with patented multi-layer safety diaphragm for excellent process reliability. It offers a wide range of power end designs, such as three-phase or 1-phase AC motors, also for use in areas at risk from explosion.

Robust motor-driven metering pumps like the Sigma/ 2 Basic guarantee excellent process reliability with their patented multi-layer safety diaphragm. The diaphragm metering pump offers a number of power end versions, also suitable for use in areas at risk from explosion.

Capacity range 45.9 – 264.1 gph (174 - 1,000 l/h), 174 - 58 psi (12 - 4 bar)

The patented multi-layer safety diaphragm for excellent process reliability is just one feature of the extremely robust motor-driven metering pump Sigma/3 Basic. It also offers a wide range of power end versions, such as three-phase or 1-phase AC motors, also for use in ATEX areas.

The entire Sigma motor-driven metering pump product range, control type S1Cb/S2Cb/S3Cb, has been equipped with intelligent features, like removable operating unit and an automatic overpressure cut-off.

Metering System PolyRex

Capacity range of up to 2,166 gph (8,200 l/h)

The metering system PolyRex is a double-decker batching station for the processing of liquid and powdered polymers. It consists of the feed and mixer unit and the two stainless steel double-decker tanks. The polymers used are ideally utilised.

DULCOMETER Controllers

The DULCOMETER Type D1Cb is suitable for applications in drinking water, wastewater, and cooling water treatment. The single channel measuring and control unit D1Cb is equipped for all-important measured variables for basic applications in water treatment and with an error and calibration logbook.

The measuring and control device DULCOMETER Compact for pH and redox measured variables is equipped with the standard functions for use in water treatment plants, allowing the operator to switch between the measured variables pH and redox, and between P and PID control characteristics.
